She is pure Alice in Wonderland, and her appearance and demeanor are a nicely judged mix of the Red Queen and a flamingo

So, I'm deviating from my rule of always having my blog titles be from one of my favorite books, Alice in Wonderland. However, this quote stuck out to me as well, very me. And tonight's blog entry is going to be very self centered. Sorry!

Basically, I really want to show off my new hair. I dyed it dark brown, and cut it super short! This is a pretty big deal you guys, I have never had it this short. Now that I am here though, I am not going back. I think the first woman to have the guts to rebel against social norms and whack all her hair off was genius. Serious. Brilliant.

So this is it, the new me! What do you think?!









Personally, I love it. That's about it for this blog post. I told you guys it would be selfish. I am feeling surprising Red Queen and Flamingo-esc these last few days. I am finally growing into myself. Gotta love it! It only took me twenty years to figure it all out.

    I think it's ADORABLE! And hey, 20 years to grow into yourself is a good thing - most of us take twice that long! Some people never do it at all!
