When the lights go down in the city...

Isn't that beautiful? I love this place. And I feel so lucky to call it home.

(That's my dad's office building. The one on the right shaped kinda like the state of Utah.)

Tonight was a special treat for a special day. My sweet baby sister turned seventeen! Seventeen can you believe that? Just yesterday we were little crazy people pushing each other around in our tonka trucks. Now she's growing up into a big girl, and I wish she would stop it because every day she gets older means I get older too! Seriously, when I hit 39 I am going to force her to stay 35. It's the only way to beat old age. :-)

She's a beautiful girl on the inside and out and no words that I can say will actually do the girl justice. She is that great. BUT I can and I WILL say this. She is the best little sister a girl could ask for, and on her special day I wish her all the very best life has to offer in this next year. I love her and believe that she can do whatever she sets her mind to because she's strong and an amazing example to me.

Here are some pictures from our fun night out. Enjoy!Click on them if you want to see them bigger!

That's right world. Eat your heart out. Here we come. Three independent, strong, glamorous, tawanda-s ready to change the world for the better. Watch your back.

Song of the day is She's So High by Tal Bachman.

All my love!!!

  1. Gorgeous city pics - wow! And if you LOVELY girls don't shine brighter than all those big city lights than I'm not the female version of Jerry Garcia. And perfect song to choose as well! What a fun, fun night :)
